KNOWN BUGS:
mke2fs does not seem to work 100%, but always seems to work with a few iterations.
This probably has something to do with the ext2 patch, which may not be perfect.
This will probably be moved to a jffs2 based fs in the future anyway, since mkext2fs's alloc breaks with the new 3.4 compiler anyway.
- rev 1.5 appears to fix this, more testing is needed.
