R0 - initial release, external 2M boot only for the SoM-5282EM

Fixed a bug in cpu/mcf5282/serial.c that was sometimes causing a crash due to an erronous floating point instruction. 
Fixed a bug in cpu/mcf5282/start.S that never manifested for some reason but was copying data from an erronous location on external boot. 
Added support for 4M flash and internal boot.

Cold_BootR1.0.3
Changed project name to reflect that it is not a true Das_Uboot due to flash modification.
Updated version.h to reflect this.Hope this doesn't step on any toes.
Pulled out some old unnecessary hacks, notably an R1 hack that would prevent the bootloader from
recognizing baud rate changes in the enviornment.
