VCOMMDPM Utility

Under Windows* Me*, the Modem Test Utility may report that the modem is
optimized for Japan, using a digital line. The VCOMMDPM.EXE utility has
been included to correct this problem.  You can also locate this
utility on the Intel support web site http://support.intel.com.
Execute this utility once to correct the problem.
