Download your PXE/RPL merged rom ,"pxe-rpl(200).exe" from
	http://www.realtek.com.tw/cn/driver/8139-driver.htm
		
Download your Flash ROM utility tool ,"rtflash130.exe" from
	http://www.realtek.com.tw/cn/driver/8139-driver.htm
