If using version 1.17 bios, please note-
The CRT connector will not work with a Mulit-sync monitor after programming the CMOS.

To have VGA video on a Multi-Sync monitor the board will need to be connected to an older fixed sync monitor and the following changes made-
Enter CMOS setup
Enter "Advanced Chipset features"-
Change the "Output Display" setting to (Panel & CRT) [by default the there is no way to access the Customize Panel Tuning]
Enter the "Flat Panel Configuration" section
Change the "Customize Panel Tuning" to Disable

Save and exit.
